BROOMFIELD, CO (StLouisRestaurantReview) Noodles & Company (NASDAQ: NDLS), known for serving classic noodle, Zoodle, and Cauliflower Noodle dishes from around the world, announced today that it had taken the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge to advance a more inclusive and diverse company culture.
Noodles and Company’s CEO Dave Boennighausen joins the CEOs of nearly 2,000 leading companies and business organizations from around the country in taking the CEO Action pledge. As a national business with millions of customers and thousands of employees, we have a unique opportunity – and responsibility – to influence and enact positive change in our society,” said Dave Boennighausen, chief executive officer at Noodles & Company.
“This pledge complements and amplifies our proactive inclusion and diversity strategy,” said Sue Petersen, executive vice president of inclusion, diversity, and people at Noodles & Company. “Our goal is to make Noodles the best place to work in the industry, and for us, that starts with listening, learning, and acting.
