Augusta, Missouri, has wineries, vineyards, restaurants, and hopefully a new future.
Augusta, Missouri, is located in St. Charles County, Missouri, with a population of approximately 253. It is a local tourist attraction with people visiting their wineries and shops, restaurants, and more changes on the horizon.
Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate has acquired many of the wineries and properties with a better vision in mind. So far, there has not been a significant amount of information about the plans. Augusta is located in the region known as the Missouri Rhineland. The federal government recognized the Augusta AVA in 1980 as the country’s first designated American Viticultural Area. So, yes, there is a future for this region that investors might have recognized who can popularize this region as it deserves.
