Candicci’s has been serving Italian cuisine for over 40 years. After closing its restaurant in June 2024, it wanted to focus on catering, carryout, and delivery. The closure was due to the same old story plaguing the restaurant industry today: staff shortages, increased triple net lease on property, rising food costs, etc.

Management decided to adjust the business model to reflect the economic and social changes that have occurred since the pandemic.
