Still, they are a great source of antioxidants, potassium, and magnesium, and are high in fiber, with 24 grams of protein. Recently, they added sandwiches, burritos, tortas, and Mazama’s coffee.

This is more than a concept with the owner. She is a very health-minded person herself, and we have watched her multiple times create new items, taste them, and ask for opinions. She works out regularly and prioritizes healthy options. It’s more than a concept; it’s her lifestyle that she’s confident will benefit others. She is knowledgeable and can explain the health benefits of each item.
They are located south of the Dierberg entrance door, off I-70 and Salt Lick Road. It is an easy destination to reach, situated in a beautiful Dierberg’s center. A map is provided below.
Online ordering is available for pickup or delivery through eOrderSTL or DoorDash. The dine-in experience is great, as the establishment is clean and relaxing, creating a great hangout spot for luncheons, meetings, or spending time with family or friends.
We strongly support this establishment and its vision due to the limited health options available for dine-in, carryout, or delivery. This is an excellent alternative to the few competitors on the market, such as Smoothie King and others. Many items at this establishment are not available at other competitor locations.
In our opinion, this restaurant concept has the potential to become a franchise, expanding its healthy menu options across the region and helping Americans adopt healthier lifestyles by providing access to nutritious options.
