He is opening Pho St. Louis at The Hill Food Company, a ghost kitchen at 2360 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri. The new location will focus on Vietnamese cuisine, which is his native cuisine.
What is a ghost kitchen? This ghost kitchen is one building housing 23 different restaurant kitchens that sell food online through the major online ordering and delivery platforms, such as DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, and more. There is no dine-in facility because they cater to the pickup and delivery demands.
