Constantinos recently opened with a new menu, new pizza dough and sauce, and newly trained staff. Monday, August 5, 2024, was a soft opening; Tuesday, August 6, 2024, was the grand opening, and they were met with a great reception. Therefore, today, Wednesday, August 7, 2024, is only their third day of reopening after the initial shutdown to retrain staff and modify their menu.

Part of the reopening was hiring a new General Manager, Bud Jostes. He owned Beale on Broadway, a music venue, bar, and restaurant for eighteen years. He has a long history in the restaurant business and was hired to resolve the problems inherited by previous management.

PLEASE NOTE: It closed shortly after its initial opening. There is new management, a new menu, and a new attitude. We recommend not focusing on the ratings until new ratings come in after the new staff has operated for some time.
