ST. LOUIS, MO (StLouisRestaurantReview) Staffing shortages continue across the restaurant industry. According to a message on their website and Facebook page, Constantino’s recently opened but is now temporarily closed to restaff the restaurant. They are targeting the reopening in mid to late July.
More restaurants are opening than closing, but new restaurant failure rates appear to be climbing. This is because some owners might not have realized the impossible task of hiring staff.
