Black Mountain Wine House Opens New Back Patio in Central West End
ST. LOUIS, MO (StLouisRestaurantReview) Black Mountain Wine House, the rustic wine bar and neighborhood bottle shop in the Central West End, is celebrating its first anniversary with the addition of a spacious new back patio. The patio opens seven days a week, giving guests another space to enjoy wine by the glass, spritzes, beer, and a full menu. Plans also include a new outdoor pizza oven (coming soon!).
“I fell in love with the neighborhood and have wanted to add patio space since we opened last year,” said owner Joe Baker. “We hope the community supports us and enjoys one of our signature wines in the open air.”
Offering a vast array of carefully selected wines worldwide, Black Mountain Wine House is a hidden gem in the heart of the Central West End. Guests can enjoy fresh-baked sourdough bread on Sundays, complimentary wine tastings on Mondays, and a different handmade pasta dish every Tuesday in a cozy atmosphere.
A self-proclaimed “unpretentious wine bar,” Black Mountain’s owners and staff go above and beyond to make every visit a delightful experience. “Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or new to the world of wine, you’ll feel right at home here,” says Baker.
Black Mountain also houses a bottle shop with wines to go and an artist’s corner filled with local pottery, handmade items, and other gifts. The wine bar and bottle shop are at 354 N. Boyle Avenue seven days a week. To view the menu or to book event space, visit www.blkmtnstlwinehouse.com.
