The Mexican Barrel House appears that it might open this summer.
CREVE COEUR, MO (StLouisRestaurantReview) We published an article in December 2023 announcing that the Mexican Barrel House would open in Creve Coeur, MO.
The condition of the building was worse than expected, and the remodeling took longer than expected.
We visited with a manager, who gave no exact opening date but promised to keep us informed. They can open this summer; I am unsure of the date.
The remodeling is beautiful. A one-ton smoker will be added to the facility, incorporating BBQ and smoked meats into the menu.
