They did not explain why, but they did leave a Facebook post stating the following:
After 25 years, Culpeppers St. Charles has closed its doors.
We are so grateful to all of our guests for choosing to spend time with us over the years and beyond thankful to our staff.
Your presence made this place come alive. Thank you for making memories with us. We will miss you.
