ELLISVILLE, MO (StLouisRestaurantReview) J. Smugs GastroPit West will be opening in Ellisville, MO, sometime late September 2021 if all goes as planned.
It will open in the same location that PM BBQ was located at 15622 Manchester Rd, Ellisville, MO 63011.
It is a husband and wife team. They are busy reconfiguring the facility now, with meetings lined up at the City of Ellisville for September 8th and 15th.
